Warranty:

– 2-year, unlimited mileage warranty with limited liability.

– Limited liability does not cover progressive damage or damage caused by debris passing through the turbo.

– Non-transferable warranty.

– Warranty starts from the date of invoice to your customer.

Manufacturing details:

– Billet CAE (computer-aided engineering) compressor wheel manufactured in our facility to meet the highest OE specifications.

– 713C Inconel Turbine wheel designed to withstand extreme heat and on/off throttle abuse.

– Cast Iron turbine housing and bearing housing, casted in Sudbury, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 2100 deg F.

– Aluminum compressor cover with machined-out volute entry to increase boost and improve fuel efficiency at the same RPM levels.

– Includes OE-spec’d diagram actuator (if applicable).

– Dual hydrodynamics journal bearing design with a 360-degree thrust bearing for added durability.

– VGT turbochargers available with or without an electronic actuator. Pre-calibrated if electronic actuator option is chosen.

– Premium Cobalt Nozzle ring available for better durability on all VGT turbochargers.
